How can I cancel my order entirely?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at info@engelmann.studio and we will assist you immediately.
How do I know you have received my order?
Once the items have been ordered, a confirmation page will appear with a summary of your transaction. You can print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent immediately, provided we have a correct email address on file. You will receive another email when your product is dispatched, including tracking information (if available).

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to countries within the European Union.We do not currently deliver to countries outside the European Union.
Which shipping companies do you use?
Items are delivered with Hermes or DHL.

What is the return policy for online purchases?

How long does it take to process the refund?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after we receive the items. The time it takes to process the refund may depend on the policies of your financial institution and your payment method.
